50% of total payment is due at the beginning of your project and remaining 50% is due upon launch of your new site. Payment plans may be available upon request. You may cancel your project at any time; once purchased resources and logged hours are paid, any amount remaining will be refunded. Hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, Google Apps™ accounts, and any custom plugins used to build your site are included in each package for the first year; you will be invoiced for any of these recurring fees associated with your site each year thereafter.
