Start small, and when you upgrade to a larger plan, your hours for that month
will be billed at the better rate.
Time is billed in 15 minute increments. You can choose to have your credit card charged on the first of each month, or, pay via check by the first of the month. Any unused hours at the end of a purchased month will expire at the end of the following month. Plans may be canceled at any time. Refunds will be given on any full unused hours remaining if canceled before the end of the retained month. We’ll want to make sure we’re good fit for each other before committing to a monthly retainer, so before we begin billing your subscription, we’ll schedule a discovery call to make sure we can deliver what you’re after.
